We can assume that the photographer didn't just casually happen upon this scene, camera in hand recording a nondescript scene, so photographing and posting online was part of the plan. I do wonder if these guys targeted someone they knew (a vendetta, perhaps?) or if the guy getting "pantsed" was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
