Nature and the Great Outdoors

Note-Worthy
[Aside from the usual category descriptions, some photos just beg to have a bit more said about them.]

Okay, the photographic quality here is crappy and I would typically not use such blurry work, especially since both the naked guys are modestly covering their privates. But several things intrigue me.

There must be some ambivalence here, as the guys are fully naked on a public sports field, yet feel the need to cover their crotches. Did they lose a dare that the losing team would be required to streak in front of the crowd. (Use your heads, boys, and think before you take someone up on a foolish dare that is going to follow you for the rest of your lives.)

The presence of another photographer in the frame means there were at least two sets of photos taken, at least twice the likelihood of this event going viral. Also of note, this second photographer has his dress shirt untucked and his pants slid down. So what's his deal?

What first caught my imagination about this photo is the neighborhood setting. As this photo makes the viral rounds, someone out there is going to recognize the neighborhood in the background. They will likely recognize the blurry faces. They will forward it to someone else who also knows the neighborhood, "Hey, isn't that George and Mike in this photo?" That person will forward it to someone else who knows George and Mike. Such is the nature of viral distribution, and the photo is forever affixed to George and Mike and those who know them, like tails pinned on the donkeys.

Hell, this may have already happened. The fact that the photo is out there in viral distribution indicates that at least one of the two photographers released at least one photo from private to public status. He likely sent it to someone who knows George and Mike. Etcetera, etcetera.
